Agenda 21: How it’s impacting life in America

Agenda 21, also known as “sustainable development,” is the action plan to inventory and control all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all information, all energy, and all human beings in the world.  This plan was birthed at the 1992 United Nations Rio Earth Summit, officially known as the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED). President George HW Bush signed the US was onto this plan by along with 178 other world leaders.

agenda_21_1The push for implementation of Agenda 21 in the US was provided by Executive Orders (EO). In 1993 President Clinton signed EO 12852, which established the President’s Council on Sustainable Development. In 2011 President Obama signed EO 13575, which established the White House Rural Council.

Clinton’s EO created the “President’s Council on Sustainable Development” expressly for the purpose of implementing the recommendations in Agenda 21 throughout federal, state, and local governments. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and other federal agencies offered challenge grants to state and local government to promote the implementation of the recommendations in Agenda 21. The federal government gave more than $5 million to the American Planning Association to produce the “Growing Smart: Legislative Guidebook,” which provides model legislation for states that, when adopted, requires counties and cities to adopt recommendations found in Agenda 21.

Obama’s EO established the White House Rural Council with 25 executive branch departments including Defense, Justice, Homeland Security, National Drug Control, Environmental Quality, Labor, Commerce, Interior, EPA, Housing, Health, Education to name just a few. The order covers 16 percent of the American population who lives in rural counties because they “supply our food, fiber, and energy, safeguard our natural resources, and are essential in the development of science and innovation.”

This gross overreach of the government is affecting Americans lives in all areas – including energy, property and education, to name just a few. Specific examples will be provided to demonstrate just how intrusive and far-reaching Agenda 21 has become in America.

Under the Obama administration the EPA has become almost militant in attacking traditional energy sources such as coal. Under their desired Cap and Trade concept, which will probably require another EO as it was unable to get passed in the Senate, the EPA will have power to force many homeowners to virtually rebuild their homes to meet stringent environmental requirements before they can sell them. For homeowners living in an existing house that does not meet the EPA’s “green” regulations for roofing, windows, doors, insulation or heating and cooling systems will be slapped with fines. Electrical companies are now installing “smart monitoring systems” to track usage of energy by residents. Remember Obama’s warning that under his energy policy your energy bills will “necessarily skyrocket”?  This is an example of what he was talking about.

Late last year in western Ohio, a disabled woman with a pacemaker had her power company attempt to turn off her power, in direct violation of the Ohio public utility law, to install a smart meter. Fortunately she was home when American Electric Power AEP-Ohio came to her home and prevented the installation. The Brenner Brief reported on Brenda Hawk, who has a pacemaker for her heart and because her brain was injured in a car accident, and requires a breathing machine in order to sleep at night. She did not want the new radio-frequency emitting meter because of the health problems these devices have been said to cause. She successfully battled AEP-Ohio for about four months before they prevailed in shutting off her power.

On Feb. 8 the power company and the sheriff arrived on Hawk’s property, uninvited. She challenged them and tried to deny access to her property, but lost.  She refused installation of the new smart meter so they turned her power off. The office of Ohio Governor Kasich intervened and her power was restored a short time later. The Brenner Brief is staying on top of this story, as are other news outlets, such as The Blaze.

There is a web site called “No to Smart Meters” which lets you print out a notice to be placed on your meter saying you reject the new meters on your property. There are a lot of reasons, largely health and privacy related, Americans do not want these meters installed at their homes. Research in the field of electro-magnetic radiation/electro-magnetic fluctuation (EMR/EMF) predicts the increased potential for brain tumors if usage and exposure continue at levels seen today. Additionally, a complaint has been filed under Section 47 of the Utilities Commission Act requesting an injunctive freeze on the wireless component of the Smart Meter Program immediately.

Personal property is also under attack by Agenda 21 implementation in America. A future article will provide details and a specific example of a case involving small farmer owners in the state of Virginia.  In education, a major university is offering both undergraduate and graduate degrees in “sustainable management.” This will also be explored further in another article.

Keep it up on this issue Jeffrey. Americans have no idea what Agenda 21 is, or the dangers it poses to our way of life.

  3. I have a distinct feeling things are going to reach crisis point, just seen a video of people who resisted check points of immigration officers and many times they succeeded in avoiding being searched or harassed furthur but not without a battle of wills/principles, but i have a feeling they will be authorized to use force once enough people to resist this and they will get tired of it, with all this head butting sooner or later something is going to explode and we will all be in trouble. the un wants agenda 21 implemented regardless of consent or lack there of, and I would not be surpirsed if a full blown war breaks out (not sure what manner it will take but frontal attacks of some kind instead of this stealth version they are using might just happen) anyway this agenda21 thing is like a virus or something that is spreading rapidly, like a plague or something. who really understands it all and how it will play out, all we can do is guess at it.

  4. Staving off an attack from agenda21 advocates is nothing more than a delay. The threat is still there and creeping forwards. We need to remove these people from government, with laws or votes or by any means possible. They are violating the constitution and should be imprisoned and made examples of.
