  1. How can the president get away from violating Article III of the Constitution? This is not simply a political question. There is one crime defined in the constitution – Treason – the levying of war against the U.S. (by a citizen), the proof necessary is stated and the punishment is to be determined by Congress. How can any president ignore this Constitutional requisite?
